    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 4-oz cans mushrooms
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste


Cut chicken breasts in half and arrange in a large baking dish.

Combine soup, lemon juice, mushrooms, onion, and salt and pepper; mix well. Spread evenly on chicken breasts.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
