    use 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup - 1 cup of salsa


makes 6 servings

heat pan and spray w cooking spray
saute onion , pepper and garlic until tender
stir in turkey and cook until evenly brown
mix in tomatoes , pumpkin and salsa
season w chili powder, cumin, pepper
reduce heat to low , cover, simmer 30 minutes.

top with cheese or sour cream (optional)
