This is an adaptation from a Farsi dish- very lemony and yummy. This is an adaptation from a Farsi dish- very lemony and yummy.

    Zuchini 1 small
    Pasilla Pepper 1/2
    Onion- yellow 1/4
    Turmeric 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper


Chop and saute zuchini, onion, and peppers ( I used Pasilla peppers, but there is no listing for them).
Squeeze lemon over veggies and add 1/2 tsp of turmeric, cover and cook on low heat for 30 mins, checking for sticking periodically ( you may need to add a bit of water) Salt and pepper to taste. I eat this with Farro or Pita.
