    1 med. Corn Tortilla
    2 oz Low Fat Mexican Blend cheeses
    1/4 c. salsa
    1/4 c. Low Fat Sour Cream


Heat non-stick skillet, add tortilla, let warm slightly, turn, add chees to one half, fold tortilla in half, let sit to melt cheese over low heat, turning once to make sure all cheese melts adequately.
Serve with salsa and Low Fat sour cream.
