    429 grams - Boneless Skinless Chicken
    5 oz - Whole Wheat Rotini
    215 grams - Beans, black, 215
    2 cups - Beef or Chicken Broth
    245 grams - onion
    93 grams(about 3) - Jalapeno Peppers
    220 grams - Baby Carrots
    1 cup kernels - Yellow Sweet Corn
    671 grams - Sweetpotato, cooked, boiled, without skin, with salt
    1 TBS - Fiesta Brand Fajita Seasoning
    2 TBS - Granulated Garlic
    1 TBS - Cayenne Pepper
    1 TBS - Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning Beef Bullion
    Salt and pepper to taste
    3-4 cups of water in addition to what is needed to cook beans.


1.) Boil Chicken with Bullion and Fajita seasoing in a small amount of water.
2.) Cook beans accourding package directions
3.) While beans are cooking add in onion (chopped), jalapenos, beef broth, and all seasonings.
4.) Once beans are done add rotini, water, and remaining vegetables

Cook until all vegetables and pasta are done.

Serve over tortilla chips or cornbread for a hearty meal.
