Ingredients

    3 lbs beef chuck roast
    1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

Sear meat on all sides , then place in pressure cooker. Thin barbecue sauce with about 1/2 cup water and pour over meat.

Close the lid and set on Manual for 50 minutes. After the time is finished, turn off the Instant Pot and let the pressure release (around 20 minutes).

Shred, return meat back to liquid and serve. Add more barbecue sauce as desired.

Makes 12 servings.
