    3 slices bacon
    2 slices whole grain white bread
    1 large lettuce leaf
    1 medium slice tomato
    1/2 tbsp light mayo


Place two paper towels in microwave-safe dish. Place bacon on paper towels in a single layer. Cover the bacon with one slightly damp paper towel. Microwave for 2 minutes. Flip bacon over and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer, or until done to your liking. Total cooking time is usually about 1 minute per slice.

Toast bread, if desired. Spread with mayo, and layer bacon, lettuce, and tomato.

Makes 1 serving.
