    1/2 tbsp butter
    4 large eggs
    2 tbsp milk


Whisk eggs and milk until thoroughly mixed.

Heat butter in skillet over medium heat until melted. Cook eggs in butter, stirring constantly, until just begins to set. Remove from heat immediately to avoid browning.
