Introduction

Really filling and nearly no calories. 2 cups has only 44 calories.
I also add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste. I like mine with a lot of seasoning. Especially Garlic powder.

Ingredients

    6 cups water
    4 cups chicken broth
    775g grams Cabbage (1 head)
    460g Celery (1 celery bunch)
    275g Zucchini (1 zucchini peeled)
    525g Carrots (medium bag of carrots)
    260g Onions (2 onions)
    Salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.

Directions

Wash and cut all the vegetables to the size you want. Put them in a big pot with water and chicken broth. Add spices. Boil till everything is soft. About an hour. Stir every once in a while.
