    8 oz. 93% lean ground turkey
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. Garlic powder
    1 tsp. Onion powder
    3/4 tsp. Paprika
    3/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1/8 tsp. Dried Oregano
    1/8 tsp. Dried Thyme
    1/2 cup diced yellow onion
    1 tsp. jarred minced garlic
    4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1 26 oz. can Hunts Garlic and Herb spaghetti sauce
    1 14.5 oz can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes, no salt added


Combine ground turkey with the next 9 ingredients. Refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours. Brown ground turkey,onion, and garlic in bottom of a 2 quart sauce pan over medium heat with 2 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. onion powder. Cook until turkey is done. Pour in spaghetti sauce and tomatoes, stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer uncovered for about an hour. Serve over your favorite pasta.
