Introduction

This is a remake I did on basic chicken wings. Crispy and flavorful, but without the added calories of fried food. This is a remake I did on basic chicken wings. Crispy and flavorful, but without the added calories of fried food.

Ingredients

    6 oz Chicken breast or strips - all the fat cut off and no bone
    10 or so Ritz crackers crushed (you'll use these to coat the chicken)
    About .10 cup of buffalo sauce (I used tomato sauce since there is no buffalo sauce on the tracker...)

Directions

You can leave strips whole or cust the chicken into 1-2 inch pieces.
Coat the chicken in the buffalo sauce
Coat the chicken in the ritz cracker crumbs.
Put onto a nonstick pan (or the rack so the bottoms stay crispy).
Bake a 375 for about 20 minutes or until done.
