    3/4 cups canned salmon
    3/4 cups refried beans
    4 TBS salsa
    2 TBS mustard
    1 TBS horseradish
    1 TBS vinegar
    few dashes hot sauce (optional)
    6 hard boiled eggs
    fresh herbs for garnish


Peel hard boiled eggs and slice lengthwise. Remove and discard yokes. Combine remaining ingredients (except herbs) and fill eggs. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs (dill, chives, parsley, or cilantro all work well.

Makes 6 servings of 2 egg halves per serving.
