    Spinach, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    *Prawns - approx 15 small prawns or 125g, 125 gram(s) (remove)
    White Rice, short grain, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Vegetable Broth, 1 cup (remove)
    White Wine, 100 mL (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)


chop garlic and onion
heat pan -- add olive oil, garlic, onion
add rice and let heat up until translucid (stir!!!)
add prawns
add vegetable broth and white wine
add vegetables (still frozen is ok if you have to hurry :-))
stir well and let simmer until rice is done
if you wish, you can add a little parmesan cheese on top
