This is a simple, quick and wonderful balsamic vinegar dressing. This is a simple, quick and wonderful balsamic vinegar dressing.
Number of Servings: 10


    1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
    1 small shallot, minced fine
    3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
    Salt & pepper to taste


Recipe makes approx. 10 tbsp or dressing - assuming 1 tbsp per serving.

Place the olive oil and minced shallot in a mircowave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Remove from microwave and set aside for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to richen.
Slowly whisk in the balsamic vinegar.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
