    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c flour
    1/4 c chopped onion
    2 c fat-free half and half
    2 c water
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1 lb. imitation or real crab meat


Saute onion in butter. Add flour quickly and blend to make roux. Blend in half and half and milk. Bring to boiling point over medium heat stirring often to prevent scorching. Reduce heat to low. Add seasonings and sherry, then crab meat. Heat through and enjoy!
