    1 Fresh Tuna Steak (any kind)
    5 Fresh Rosemary Springs (4 Long Sturdy ones)
    1 Clove Garlic
    1 Slice Ginger
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt / Pepper to taste


    Pineapple Chunks
    Lemon Wedges


Cut Tuna in 1 1/2 inch chunks and put in bowl with the Olive oil, 1 chopped spring of Rosemary, Finely Chopped Garlic, Lemon Juice, Ginger and salt and Pepper. Toss, cover and marinade for 30 minutes.
Skewer Tuna on the Rosemary springs and add Pineapple or Lemon wedges...Grill for 3 minutes each side.
