    1 (10oz) pkg. Frozen mixed veg., thawed
    1 cup Chicken, cooked and cut up
    1 (10 oz.) can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 cup Bisquick mix
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1 large Egg


Heat oven to 400.
In an ungreased 9" pie plate, stir together vegetables, chicken and soup. In a bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into the pie plate.
Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
9" pie plate serves 6
1 1/2 the recipe and use a 9x13" baking dish, this will serve 9.

  • I've made this several times now. We love it at our house. Sometimes I will cut up two potatoes into small cubes and cook it a little longer pouring the crust over after it has cooks awhile, but very good either way! - 3/9/10
