    3 cups homemade Turkey Stock
    600 grams Turkey chopped
    2.5 cups cooked rice *Uncle Ben's)
    1 package Great Value Frozen Vegetables (1 lb)
    1.5 T Gefro Powder


put all ingredients into Slow Cooker and heat on low for about 2 - 3 hours or until thoroughly heated.
Serve with a Wheat Roll.

Makes 6 servings of about 1 1/4 cups each.
