    Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 9 tsp packed
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp


Cube the butternut squash.
Melt butter
Mix sugar and spices with butter
Carefully pour the butter mixture over the butternut squash.
Spread squash over a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for half an hour.
