    You can buy spicey brats to add more zip if you prefer.


Remove the Brats from their skins, crumble and cook. Remove the cooked brats from the pan. Drain the grease resevering 1 Tablespoon of fat to cook the onions and the green peppers. ( I rinse the brats to reduce the fat).

Cook the onions and green peppers in the rerserved fat. Add the tomotes, water, bouillion, bring to a boil add the pasta, meat, and garbonzo beans, spinach and parmeasan cheese

Makes about 6-8 1-cup servings.
