    mushrooms (any kind, as long as they are large), sweet yellow corn (canned), tomato, pepper, mozzarella cheese , olive oil, oregano


in a bowl mix half of the olive oil with half of the oregano and springle the mixture on the bottom of the mushrooms. put the mushrooms on a grill or in a non sticking pan. cook about 3 minutes on each side. meantime, in a bowl , mix the other ingrediants (the sweet yellow corn, the tomato diced, the pepper diced, the mozzarella cheese dieced) with the rest of the olive oil and oregano. then, fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and let them on the grill (or in the pan) until the cheese melts.
