Ingredients

    1 baked potato
    2 Tbs. Philadelphia Low Fat Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup sliced green onion
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Bake a potato (I like to put it in the microwave.) When cooked through, slice in half and scoop out insides. Mix insides with cream cheese, green onion and salt and pepper to taste. Add a touch of milk or low fat sour cream if needed to smooth out. Spoon filling back into the potato skins and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Put into the oven at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn on the broiler for a couple of minutes at the end to make the cheese bubble and brown.
