    1 large egg beaten
    2oz feta cheese
    5oz spinach


1. preheat grill to medium high heat
2. mix together egg, feta, spinach, and beef in large bowl until combined, make 4 patties
3. cook on grill until no longer pink, about 15 to 20 min.

  • This was soo good even my 5-year-old gobbled them up. I did make them on the stove in a cast iron skillet though as we haven't gotten our grill out yet. - 6/1/11
