Bake has rounds or tater tots in oven as directed on packaging.

While potatoes are baking, Break frozen steak umms into strips then Brown meat, then drain off fat leaving a small amount on the bottom of skillet to reduce sticking.

Once potatoes are done, add egg beaters to pan, allow them to begin to get done on the bottom. Then add all remaining components on top of egg beaters. Stir and break apart mix as if making scrambled eggs. Then cook until done.

Once all are done properly, then put amount desired into tortilla, fold, and enjoy.
