    1/2 C uncooked Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice
    1/2 C uncooked white Rice
    1 12.5-ounce can Kirkland chicken breast, rinsed and drained
    1 10-ounce package frozen chopped Broccoli
    1 Can Healthy Request or Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
    1/2 cup sliced almonds


In a saucepan, measure 2 cups of water, and add 1/2 cup long-grain white rice and 1/2 cup Minute brown rice. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. While the rice is cooking, defrost the 10-oz package of frozen broccoli.

When the rice is cooked, combine the rice, the broccoli, the rinsed canned chicken, and the can of celery soup. Mix in the almonds if desired, or use as a topping. Season to taste. Bake mixture in large casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings in all.

(May add other vegetables if desired -- diced carrot, onion, etc)
