    Chickpeas (canned)
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Makes approx. two 1/2 cup servings after roasting.
Directions
First drain the chickpeas. Toss them with a little olive oil, salt and cayenne. Then arrange the chickpeas on a shallow-sided cookie sheet in a single layer and roast at 400F for about 1 hour. Shake the pan a few times during cooking.
