    2 TBS Olive Oil
    2 ;large diced Onion)
    3 TBS Curry powder
    1/4 Flour
    4 cups vegetable stock
    2 packages frozen Spinach defrosted and drained
    1/2 cup 1 % Milk
    2 cans Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) (540 ml)
    1/4 cup Lime Juice
    1 tsp cilantro or coriander


Sautee onions in olive oil.
Add spices and flour. Saute. Add vegetable stock, spinach milk and garbanzo beans. Cook and reduce if too thin. Add lime juice and cilantro. Serve over rice.
