This is a great recipe when you have some frozen meatballs on hand. This is a great recipe when you have some frozen meatballs on hand.
Number of Servings: 4

    1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 package Foster Farms Italian Style Turkey Meatballs
    1 cup of Water
    2 cups hot, cooked rice
    Dried Parsley(optional)
    Paprika (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350. In an small baking pan, combine the meatballs, onion, and bell pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the water and the soup. You may need more or less water, depending on how thick you prefer your sauces, but about a canfull of water should do the trick. Pour the soup over the meatballs, onion, and bell pepper. Put into the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the meatballs are heated through. Garnish with the paprika and parsley if you like, and serve over rice.

This makes 4 servings. You'll want a half a cup of rice per person, 3 meatballs, and a spoonful of sauce.
