Introduction

This is my first try at it. It could use some changes, but it's a good start. This is my first try at it. It could use some changes, but it's a good start.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cans of cooked pumpkin
    2 cups of chopped carrots
    1 medium sweet potato, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, chopped
    .25 tsp of grated ginger
    6 tbs Greek yogurt
    salt
    .5 tsp red pepper
    .5 tsp chili powder

Directions

Put all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours or on low for 12. Top with a tablespoon of greek yogurt.
