Really easy and yummy low cal chili Really easy and yummy low cal chili
Number of Servings: 6


    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    *Goya, Pinto beans, 2 cup
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 4 cup
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Salt and Pepper to taste.


Sautee Onions in Olive Oil, cook until translucent. Add turkey. Cook until browned. Add Chili Powder and Salt and Pepper to taste. Add beans and tomatoes. Stir, cover. Cook for about 20-30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and a bit of cheddar if you want.
