Ingredients

    * Kirkland Signature Raw Sea Scallops (3 Large Scallops), 1.33 serving (= 4 Lg. Scallops)
    * *Stockmeyer Mildly Smoked Prosciutto, 1 slice (25g), 50 gram(s)
    * H.T. Black Olive Tapenade, 1 tbsp

Directions

preheat oven to 350 deg

dry scallops. season scallops with the tapenade, making sure to coat all sides evenly

wrap each scallop with a band of prosciutto (slice cut in half lenghwise). Place seam side down on greased oven dish. Spread scallop 2 inches apart so that they roast & don't steam.

Bake for 15-16 minutes. Do not overcook, etc.

Serve as an app, or as a dinner served on a bed of salad, couscous or Orzo Pilaf (one of the cookbook's recipes).
