Ingredients

    1 can of fat-free refried black beans
    1 cup of light sour cream
    1 cup of salsa
    1 cup fat-free reduced chedder

    To taste:
    cumin (1 tsp)
    ground red pepper (1 tsp)
    fresh cilantro (2 tbsp)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except cheese together. Put in a casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10- 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with chips or veggies.
