    1 onion
    2 potatos
    4 leeks
    275ml whole milk
    850ml veg stock
    50g butter
    creme fraiche
    salt & pepper


1. Melt butter in pan, add veg, salt and peppr and simmer low with lid on for 15 mins.

2. Add stock, then add milk without bringing to the boil. Cook for 20 mins.

3. Whizz up with parsley leaves in mixer.

4. serve with creme fraiche.
