Ingredients

    Bakers corner evaporated milk, 12 oz
    Water, tap, 12 fl oz
    Bacon grease, 48 tsp
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Heat up bacon grease in a large skillet. Add flour and cook for about 30 seconds stirring constantly. Pour milk in bowl then add the water to milk. Pour liquid into flour mixture in skillet. Cook until desired thickness stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 12, 1/4 cup servings
