    4-1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 cup lemon yogurt
    juice of 1 lemon
    zest of 1 lemon
    2 eggs
    1 cup canola oil
    1 cup honey


Preheat oven to 400. Combine dry ingredients (except for millet), add liquid ingredients and mix till combined and then add millet. Place batter in muffin tins and bake @ 400 for 15 minutes.

Makes 36 muffins

    Sorry about that, 1/4 to 1/2 cup. I usually put in about 1/4 of a cup.
