Introduction

Great low calorie topper for your baked potato with serving size about 1 cup Great low calorie topper for your baked potato with serving size about 1 cup

Ingredients

    1 28 oz can petite diced tomatos
    1 15.5 oz can kidney beans
    1 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup of your favorite pepper i use aneheim
    1 packet chili seasoning mix 1.25 oz
    6 oz cooked lean beef - diced
    note: I use left over roast from a previous meal

Directions

Combine and simmer for 15-20 min. Serve alone with saltines or over a baked potato. Great low fat alternative, and quick :)
