A Low calorie tomato soup A Low calorie tomato soup
Number of Servings: 8


    2 cans of 14 ounce low sodium beef broth(reduced fat if you can find them both in the same can)
    1 can of tomato paste (6oz can)
    2 chopped tomatoes
    2 cups chopped vegetables(preferably do your own)
    -(use carrot, pepper, celery, onion)
    1 Teas. Sugar


Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on (H) for 2-4 hours

(basil or oregano as an added spice is a great additive for some kick)
