Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 1/3 cup water
    3/4 cups uncooked brown rice
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1.5 lb skinless-boneless chicken breast
    1 cup chedder cheese

Directions

Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper in a shallow baking dish. Top with the chicken and cover and bake at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with the cheese.
Cool 5 mins and serve
Makes 6 servings
4 ounces of chicken per person

Can add 2 cups of fresh vegtables or canned into the soup mix before chicken for extra punch
