Ingredients

* *Cereal - Fiber One - 51% Daily Fiber - 1 cup
* *Steel cut oatmeal, 1/3 cup (remove)
* Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
* *Light Brown Sugar, 1 cup
* Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
* Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
* Nutmeg, ground, .75 tbsp (remove)
* *Pumpkin Pie spice, .75 tsp (remove)
* Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
* *maple extract, 1 tsp (remove)
* Granny smith apple - 2 med. apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Crust:
Place in a blender or food processor and process until crumbled:
2 graham crackers
1 cup fiber one
1/3 cup steel cut oats
Pour into a bowl and stir in 1/4 cup of applesauce
Cinnamon Sauce:
Bring to a slow boil:
1 cup water
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup applesauce
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple extract
Combine with the crumb mixture and stir to incorporate
Filling:
2 peeled, thinly sliced granny smith apples
optional about 1/2 cup pecans
Spray a pie pan and arrange the apples in the bottom evenly. Pour the crumb and cinnamon sauce mixture over the top and spread over evenly.
Bake for 45-50 minutes. About 8 servings
