Introduction

These are delish, a great low fat cookie with no chocolate These are delish, a great low fat cookie with no chocolate
Number of Servings: 35

Ingredients

    2 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
    3/4 cup of brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1tsp. vanilla extract or imitation vanilla
    1/3 cup of butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    cinnimon to sprinkle over the cookies before baking

Directions

mix all ingredients together, preferably with a professional mixer. Pre-heat over to 375 degrees and put spoon fulls of however big you want cookies onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Bake for around 9 minutes for crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. And around 15 minutes for really crunchy ones.(preffered)
makes around 32-35 heaping tablespoons full.
