    Bumble Bee Prime Fillet Salmon Steaks, Pink Salmon, 1 pouch
    *Dijion Mustard, 1 tbsp
    Fat Free Mayo, 1 tbsp
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.125 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large Nature’s Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 1 slice
    Cajun seasoning (to taste)


mix all ingerdients.
Refridgerate for an hour.
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray
Make into 3 balls and flatten on sheet.
Bake for 25 mins.
Makes 3
