    Duncan Hines Cake Mix
    1 can of Diet Sierra Mist
    Low fat Cool Whip
    Sugar free instant french vanilla pudding 3 oz pkg
    1 cup of 1% milk
    Sugar free jello mix (3 oz pkg)


Mix Duncan Hines Cake Mix with one can of diet sierra mist. Cook for about 35 min. in a 9 x 13 pan
While cake is baking mix sugar free jello of any flavor you like (I prefer strawberry) with 3/4 cup boiling water. Dissolve gelatin and then add 1/2 cup of cold water. Set gelatin to the side and keep at room temp.
When cake is done baking let cool 20-25 min.
After cake cools poke holes in the top of cake with a chopstick. Pour gelatin mixture over holes in cake
Place cake in fridge while making the topping
In a chilled bowl mix 2 cups cool whip, 1 package of sugar free vanilla pudding, and 1 cup of milk until stiff (about 3-5 min.)
Frost cake and place back into the fridge
I have calculated 18 servings which is standard on a 9x13 sheet cake, but most of us end up with slices of cake that are slightly bigger so adjust your calories accordingly

    Yes that is what you are suppose to use...sorry I'll have to edit that in the recipe : ) Took it to work today for a co-workers bday and everyone loved it!
