    Eggplant sliced 1/2 an eggplant
    sliced motz cheese 6
    spaghetti sauce about 1 cup


slice eggplant cook on med heat until cooked
layer in a baking dish sauce on bottom of pan.
Layer eggplant, sauce, and cheese cook in oven until melted. Enjoy.
