Ingredients

    * Whole Wheat Flour, whole foods, organic, 0.5 cup
    * Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (melt in microwave and mix into pancake batter)
    * Milk, nonfat, .75 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    * Cinnamon 1 tsp

Directions

Pour batter into pan about a half a cup at a time for small to medium size pancakes. Flip when the bottom starts firm up and serve immediately :))
