    4 1/2 cups Reduced-Fat Baking Mix
    2 cups fat-free skim milk


Heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix ingredients until soft dough forms (making sure all of mix is mixed in). If dough is to stiff, add up to 1/4 cup milk gradually until mixed in. Dough should be stiff but spoonable.

Drop by small tablespoons (not to heaping) onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 21 biscuits.
