Ingredients

    3 cups Heart Healthy Bisquick
    1 pound Gwaltney 40% reduced fat sausage
    4 cups 2% Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 cup Reduced fat Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 cup Carnation Fat Free Evaporated Milk

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Stir together all ingredients, using hands.
3. Shape into 1-inch balls
4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown.

Makes about 8 1/2 dozen
