    1/3 cup chickpea flour
    1/3 cup milk
    2 tbsp oil (divided)
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tbsp warm water


Set aside 2 tsp of the oil. Combine everything else in a blender and puree for about a minute. Heat 1/2 tsp oil over med heat. Pour 1/4 the batter into crepe pan, tilting to form a thin layer. Cook for approx. 1 min. Turn over and cook for approx 1 more minute. Transfer to plate.
Repeat for other crepes.
Use you favorite filling (sweet or savory); place on the crepe and roll up.

Makes 4 crepes.
