    2 lbs-ground chicken
    2 jalapeno chillies-finely cut and de-seeded
    1 cup of finely chopped onion
    3 cups of self raising flour
    1 pkt of yeast
    1 tsp of salt for meat and 1 tbsp of salt for flour
    1 cup of sugar for yeast


use sugar and warm water to yeast and then mix with the flour and remaining water.This is then set aside and left to rise.
then in a sauce pan-sautee the onion and chilli and garlic (if needed and ginger powder).The other option is either 4 grape tomatoes and/or tomato taste.
Add the curry powder and turmeric and salt.
Then make the flour into fist size balls and hollow them out with meat in the middle.Put the flour around the mixture in the fashion of a purse.Meanwhile have a stemer set ready and put PAM on the bamboo to prevent the balls sticking to the bamboo.Steam for 15 mins.Enjoy!
