Ingredients

    *Sugar, C&H Powdered Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .3333 cup (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp (remove)
    *Nestle Semisweet Mini Chocolate Chips, 16 tbsp (remove)
    *HCF Marshmellow Creme, 12 tbsp (remove)
    *vanilla extract, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Baking cocoa, 3 tbsp (remove)

Directions

1. Grease 8x8 pan and set aside.
2. In a heavy saucepan over med. heat combine powdered sugar milk, and butter. Mix well and stir constantly until candy thermometer read 238 F. (112 C)
3. Remove from heat and add coc chips, marshmellow creme, vanilla and cocoa. Quickly stir together and pour int prepared pan.
4. Cool and serve. Refrig in air tight container.
