    2 pkg Hillshire Farms Keilbasa
    2 cups sauer kraut
    12 oz Budweiser
    1/4 c brown sugar, unpacked
    3 tsp dijon mustard


Cut keilbasa into 2 oz pieces. Fry for a few minutes until the sausage is just charred on a few sides. In a slow cooker, combine the kraut, beer, brown suagr and mustard. Add in the keilbasa, and cook over low heat for 8 hours, or high heat for 4 hours. Serve on a platter with half of the kraut.
